About
Gravity Bridge is a Tendermint-based decentralized blockchain that connects the Cosmos Hub and the overall Cosmos Ecosystem via IBC to other layer1s such as Ethereum.
Gravity can transfer ERC20 assets back and forth between Ethereum and Cosmos SDK blockchains. In the future, Gravity will support more layer-1 blockchains. Through IBC, Gravity can transfer assets to many Cosmos blockchains, such as Regen Network, Evmos, Juno, E-Money, and Cosmos itself.
Gravity was created by the team from Althea Network. The Gravity Bridge network is powered by the Graviton token, which is used for gas, staking, and decentralized governance.
