Stakin OÜ (“Stakin”) knows you care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and share your personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") through our websites and our services. Please read it carefully.

What data do we collect?

You may visit our site anonymously. By default there is no personally identifiable information being collected. Only information our company collects is configuration data about your cookie preferences and anonymised analytics from visiting our websites for the purpose of improving user experience and marketing.

If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we do collect your e-mail address to add to our mailing list. We promise to only send you relevant news about industry and updates from the Stakin team. No spamming, never.

If you choose to use any product developed by Stakin, we might ask for your email address to identify your account. No marketing emails are being sent unless you have specified otherwise during the account creation process or subscribed separately. In addition, to use all features of the product, we might also ask for you to enter your public wallet address. To be noted, this does not grant Stakin any access or control to your wallet or assets, other than extracting the balance and transaction history publicly available from the underlying blockchain.

Apart from website visits, we may organize merchandise giveaway campaigns, for which we may need to collect your contact information including your postal address to ship the packages and wallet address to verify your delegation. This data is collected separately and is provided voluntarily by you.

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide us with the only personally identifiable piece of the data we collect. Anomysed system information is collected in the background while using the websites. When you subscribe to our newsletter. We use Substack to manage our newsletter. Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email. We use HotJar for this purpose. Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies. For web analytics we use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HotJar. To schedule social media posts we use Hootsuite where interactions with our Social Media are linked. Through our website, when creating an individual account for any product developed by Stakin.

How will we use your data?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used for one or more of the following purposes: Deliver you the latest updates from Stakin and news from the industry via email newsletter. Improve the quality and usability of the website by analysing anonymous website usage data. Adjust our marketing strategies based on anomysed user behaviour data.

If you have agreed to receive an email newsletter, Stakin can send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies. You may always opt out following the Unsubscribe link at the end of the email.

Every employee of Stakin is subject to full confidentiality and to sign a confidentiality agreement if not full confidentiality is part of the main agreement.
